After 8 years of struggle and lack of confidence to even try, Lucien guided and motivated me to be a go getter and I passed my road test at the watertown location! He is extremely calm while training and is definitely not one of those screaming guides who make learning to drive even worse. Scheduling is a little tough with him because he is so popular! He is the best instructor around Boston/Cambridge and trust me driving schools are pretty bad around since I have tried a few. He has reasonable pricing and is extremely flexible in terms of pick ups/drop offs and the class scheduling.
Lucien is an amazing instructor! He is very calm and patient and focuses on what you need to keep practicing. As an adult learner, the service they provide fits perfectly in terms of class scheduling. They are very reasonably priced and have great learning cars. 100% recommend!

I failed my first Road test because I was very nervous even though I knew how to drive perfectly. For my second attempt I took 2 hours of coaching from Cory and he was amazing!! He taught me how to pass the test, which is very different from knowing how to drive. I also booked my Road test appointments through them. Alexa was able to get me Road Test appointments in just a few weeks instead of waiting months on the RMV website. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any amount of coaching or simply Road Test Bookings.
I took lessons with Corey who I have to credit him entirely on helping me pass the driving exam. He made the entire process super simple, from booking classes to being a sponsor during the actual exam. He's a straight shooter who wants the best for his students. Cory is the best instructor you can have, he’s patient, kind, funny, and helps you feel comfortable driving. I already got my license a few years ago but I needed a refresher - Cory has done a perfect job to get me ready for the road. Having driven in the UK for over 10 years. I decided to take lessons with Cory to prepare for the MA test. I would highly recommend learning with Cory, he was always on time and patient and made sure I knew how to transfer my skills for driving in the US. He was clear about what to expect in the test which enabled me to go into it feeling confident. As soon as I felt ready I was able to get a test date through Shammah driving school within 3 weeks.
Cory is one of the smartest, most knowledgeable people I have come across, he is the best at what he does. Listen to what he says and you will pass the road test with no issues. I went from having zero driving experience to now being a better and more comfortable driver than some of my friends who have been driving for years. Took 15+ hours and passed my road test on the first try! The other thing I like about Shammah Driving School is there is no fixed hours, so you can take whatever hours you want until you feel comfortable driving and getting ready for the road test. Highly recommended, especially for folks who have never been behind the wheel!
I'm glad I chose Shammah Driving School to learn driving. They help me pass the road test on the first attempt! The instructors here are extremely patient, professional, and easy to communicate with. Many thanks to them and especially to Lucien. Customer service is also good. They are patient with you if you have any questions and also flexible if you want to add or cancel classes as long as you tell them a day in advance. the fees are reasonable and the practical exam is taken in one go.

I managed to pass my driving exam on my first try with just 2 weeks of training from both Lucian and Michael. They are both very patient and have easy to follow guides on how to navigate safely through traffic, be comfortable with the car, and most importantly, become a confident and safe driver. Michael is a master at teaching parallel parking and Lucian knows how to handle streets (especially those 1 ways) like a pro. I am glad l chose Shammah and 100% recommended. Those guys really know what they are doing. Worth every penny!
